A. Home Choice guarantees compatibility and that you will be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your caregiver. If not, we will offer a replacement. We also allow for you to have private interviews with your caregiver.

Q: Do you screen your Caregivers?
A: Yes! We run national background checks on all our caregivers. We have an extensive interview process and we verify their work history and references both professional and personal.
Q. HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED?
A. In case of an emergency services can start immediately. For non-emergencies a permanent caregiver can be provided within 24 hours.

Q: Do you take Medicaid?
A: No, currently we are only accepting a private pay only. Please call us for rates.
Q. In case of an urgent matter, can we reach you on weekends?
A. You will have access to our staff 24/7, 365 days a year. Our on-call staff is on standby ready to receive and respond to your call.

A: State regulations do not allow us to administer medication. However we can assist you and your family by providing medication reminders to your loved one
